He prevailed by 5 1/2 lengths and in turn earned 110 qualifying points toward next year's Kentucky Derby. 4-1 third betting choice Hot Sean finished second in the field of 10 while Dangerfield got up for third at 18-1 odds - another four lengths back. 3-1 second choice J Boys Echo was fourth and Balandeen fifth while Pat On the Back, Thirstforlife, Tip Tap Tapizar, Line Judge, and Our Stormin Norman completed the order of finish.
